Assembly

Today we had our turn taking assembly. Here are some photos showing how it looked and some ideas about what we felt.

Breakfast

This morning we had breakfast at school. Here are Baylee and her little brother Mason having Rice Bubbles and Milo. We liked having breakfast at school.

Carly and her dad had scrambled eggs and toast and Milo. Yum! 

New Number

We have a new number on the wall outside our classroom. It has the word Integrity on it. That means we have to make the right choice.

Diamond Award

Today at assembly we won the Diamond Award because we got lots of gold awards. We have been making good choices so we are the best. We also got some lollipops and marshmallows and pens and pencils.

W around the school.

W was our letter of the week. We made books about W on the iPads using Book Creator and then turned them into movies. Here are some of them.

Adding to 5

We have been learning to add numbers on to 5. Here are some videos to show what it looks like.

Humphrey

Today Miss Ross brought a baby goat to school for us to see. His name is Humphrey. Miss Ross is looking after it because his mum died. She feeds him milk. He is cute.

Assembly

On Friday it was our turn to run assembly. We did a great job, we spoke well and had fun with the Pop Se Ko. Here is the dinosaur slide show we presented at assembly.

Writing time in room 3

The children in room 3 were busy writing and using Spelling City on the iPads.  I enjoyed spending time with the children and was impressed with how hard they were working.
